I assumed I would be dropping the computer off and picking it up in a few days. Ryan immediately went to work troubleshooting the computer. Within 15 minutes he was able to restore the computer to perfect working order. I can’t begin to tell you how pleased I was with Ryan This computer contains a lot of music files that won’t upload to the cloud and could have been lost forever.
