Just got my Xbox series x a month ago. Went back home to Nashville to visit family for thanksgiving and I packed it up and brought it with me. Well somehow the HDMI port got damaged and was not displaying anything on the tv when I hooked it up. Upon researching, apparently it’s quite common in the series x and also the PS5. Obviously I am upset about this, so I found ubreakifix by asurion in Nashville and I call them up telling them my problem. They got me an appointment that day and even got it fixed THAT DAY! Amazing customer service. They offered an option where they would put a temp new screen on while i was onsite to back up all of my data - versus paying for a full new screen (after i had already purchased a new phone.THANK YOU!

Sterling was a pleasure to work with fixing my Mac Book Air after my cat spilled coffee all over it. He did such a thorough job making sure to clean the inside of the mac and was right on the money with what parts needed to be replaced. The communication with him and the team at this location was very fluid and easy. All the guys at this location are very genuine, really care, and are super helpful. I'm not one to readily trust a company (especially insurance companies) and after this experience, I'm happy I went with them. I highly recommend this location and the team that works there.
