I love this store I've been coming here for years. The guy behind the counter is outstanding. He goes above and beyond for his customers.
However I have been there (5) times since November because my screen keeps coming out of my phone. The adhesive they use doesn't work on my screen. My phone works fine but as everyone knows it needs a screen.
I've paid $125.00 each time and it never gets fixed the screen slides out within 2-3 days of me having it repaired. I need my phone fixed but I feel like I shouldn't have to pay a 6th time for something this simple.
I will continue to come here no matter what because I believe in small companies who are good to their customers… read full review
I had a great experience with this company! I recently got a phone from them, and they went above and beyond. They gave me a free case, a free charger, and even included the box. On top of that, they worked with me on the price and made sure I got a really good deal.
