Ashley is such a great coach! She helps you reach your goals, keeps you accountable, has great communication, and most importantly teaches you how to realistically implement good habits and changing your lifestyle to a healthier one.
Ashley was my first personal trainer/health coach, and I have learned so much from her and still continue to learn from her. I had originally reached out to her to lose weight bc I had let myself go and didn’t know how to manage my diet in a sustainable way. I was in and out of the gym on my own but wasn’t seeing progress. I didn’t realize how important nutrition, steps, sleep and the other aspects of your life are.
Ashley has been so helpful as I embarked on my health journey. I have never counted macros and I was very hesitant to do so, but Ashley talked me through it and her coaching style was was perfect for me. She is very kind, encouraging and practical, knowing that perfection isn’t attainable and life bumps and bruises are expected. I highly recommend Ashley for anyone interested in improving their health and getting stronger!

Ashley is awesome. She has taken me from basically nothing, recovering from Rotator cuff surgery, to weight training 3 days a week. I would not have been able to do this without her. She’s put up with a lot of whining and freaking out about reverse dieting ?. She was so supportive and didn’t even flinch. She was right about what I needed to recover and heal and move forward healthier and stronger and I’m just getting started. Looking forward to 2026.
