I got transferred here from an affiliated hospital so it definitely wasn’t my first choice . It wasn’t as bad as it could have been im sure , the nurses for the most part were nice and respectful and the groups were nice mostly because there was nothing else to do. However, the psychiatrist I talked to was pretty unhelpful and it took for ever to talk be able to talk to my case worker. idk how i feel about the professionalism of this place… a loved one was sent here and honestly the nurses and doctors were pretty pleasant especially nurse nicole ! which is the only reason i am giving this place 2 stars, the social worker faith on the other hand … might need to consider a new job career, very rude and dismissive when called about some concerns and then proceeded to call me with my loved one in the room on speaker phone to go over said concerns the NEXT day… VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and just wanted to start a fight between family and make things harder than it already was. she was very rude, dismissive, and even made it seem as if was lying when i...read full review
I was put into this hospital involuntary. I was there from 9/3--9/13. A lot transpired, but met a lot of amazing people along the way including staff and patients. Gail is attentive and like a mama in there, she is amazing!!!!! Roxanne is sweet to all the patients and all around good person :) Katelyn was super attentive to everyone and caring and calm. I saw Natalyn give another patient donation clothes, and that is why I even knew there was a bin. I thought it was sweet she was able to help that girl in that way bc a lot of other nurses didn't care when it came to stuff like that. Tate is awesome in a lot of ways. actually he took a beating from a patient for another...read full review
