Harka job well done he checked everything out on units everything was good he also found my ac line was clogged up he had to a put a part in the line so he could blow it out did great on that he also cleaned up everything good he knows his job well . ? thank you
Jordan, the technician, was fabulous! Very friendly and so fast! Clog was cleared in less than 2 minutes. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the special said main line cleaning and it turns out it was just clearing the clog. Would love to have has the full like cleaned. Everyone was so nice - the initial call center, the checkin to let us know Jordan was on his way and Jordan! Will definitely be my first call if needed again!
William Skinner did a great job of explaining to me not only what the issues were with my toilets but why these issues happened and how to prevent them after repairs were made. He went above and beyond the normal in answering all my questions as I was concerned about the possibility of leaks while out of town and issues with winter plumbing . I appreciate his efforts !
