The technicians are very nice but are lacking in knowledge of what will work and what will not. We have had our $12,000 unit for 13 months and the warranty expired after one year do note we have to pay for a service call. If i were to buy another unit i would buy it from a company that has a better warranty.
The technician arrived at 7 pm even though my window of time was between 12-5. He did a thorough examination of the unit. It was very cold outside but he finished in about 45 minutes. The tenant in that house has a baby and that was kind of late for her and the baby.
DeShawn, was very professional. After some small talk while he was inspecting the A/C, he discovered an install error. Couple of exposed wires, caused the breaker to trip and left us without heat, and we had no idea how long it had been like that for a year and a half sense we got it installed. The unit still functioned but wasn't producing heat from the pump. Quick fix and we have a toasty home for the cold weather ahead. Great job DeShawn, me and my family appreciate your hard work.
