Derek R. inspected more unit today. He was very thorough and educated me on what is going on with my unit and the parts. He took pictures and videos to help me better understand. He has earned my trust. And I highly recommend him and ARS to anyone needing their Heat/Air unit serviced.
Derek was amazing! Showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem, showed me pictures of the problem and fixed it quickly. And while he was here he did a check of the entire system. I am thankful that our unit is fixed. Great experience with ARS!
Derek was wonderful and went above and beyond what I expected. Not only was he respectful of our home but he did a fantastic job and provided superb customer service. I will be asking for him by name next time.
