The service level was great with the system they use to give weekly updates and allows easy communication back and forth. They handled the HOA and city permits for me which took a lot of stress off. When there was one item I did not like they immediately responded and the next day it was fixed without any hassle. The end result is great quality craftsmanship and I would utilize them again anytime.

The team that is on site is also amazing and respectful of your property and very professional. 10/10 all around. Before and after photos. We had major drainage issues being on a hill. They solved that and made our backyard usable when prior it was just a hill.

Archadeck just finished tearing out an old deck and building a new stone patio. We are so happy with the results. They do fantastic work down to every detail. They went far beyond to get this done as we had a very limited space to bring equipment into our back yard. We would request them again for future projects. I would like to recognize Josh our designer, the crew-Ruben, Marco, Stephen and Josh, office manager Karen and Russell our project manager. They were all professional, friendly and efficient. We had a great experience from planning through final cleanup. Jason, our design consultant, really took the time to understand what we wanted and gave us several design and price options that helped us choose the best fit. The handoff to Karen in the office was seamless, and she kept us updated regularly on HOA approvals and permits.
On demo day, our project manager Russell arrived early with the crew and walked me through the schedule. The team was incredible—they demoed the old deck and had the new footers dug and poured in just over six hours. The city inspection happened the next morning, and by the end of day three the deck was fully finished, and our yard and driveway was left spotless.
Being relatively new to the area, we weren’t sure who to trust with a project like this, but we’re very glad we chose this team. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism were outstanding.
