They are always very thorough and friendly. The cost is also very good. I’m very satisfied with this service. I hate bugs and spiders and we rarely have them. Rodney is just the best!!! They always communicate what day they are coming. Our service technician Dylan Milana is wonderful! He knocked on the door to let us know he was there and asked if there were specific issues to look for. He listened and helped in every area we asked. People like him are why I chose Aptive.
