Awesome one-time visit (twice during my trip to visit family) experience. Nate was super helpful to get me through the visitor day pass registration and payment process (Cash App or Venmo). Super clean well maintained and good quality equipment and space. Thanks

Do not join this gym. It is a scam. I joined another Anytime Fitness location and visited this location on occasion. The East Nashville Anytime Fitness took it upon themselves to transfer my membership from my "home" gym to their location. They sent me a "friendly" email "welcoming me" to their gym even though I did not ask or consent to the transfer. They then charged me $59.99 without authorization for the transfer plus some "enhancement fee." Since I did not authorize the transfer, I asked them to cancel my membership and reverse the charge. They were non responsive and I was forced to reverse the charge with my CC company. Instead of accepting that I declined the transfer (which is my right pursuant to the contract), they referred it to a debt collection agency. This is not right. Save your money and go somewhere else that isn't sleazy. p.s. Their gym smells like feet.

No complaints about the staff or equipment. Unfortunately, you have to commit to a contract to sign up, and at the conclusion of the contract you are forced into a month to month. The only way to cancel after completing your contract is through registered mail or by emailing the owner AND then going in person to sign something. Very inconvenient.
I sent my cancellation email in June and (due to my own fault) was not able to come in for a few months to sign. I was still charged for the intervening time despite never using the gym after sending the email.
All in all, despite it being a little pricey, I was overall pretty satisfied with the gym until I needed to cancel, at which point I felt very irritated.

Nice quiet gym. Good quality machines. Ava (front desk) is always super nice and helpful! Only leaving due to location change.

A good layout and easy to navigate. The equipment looks shiny and new. The bathroom and the shower room I used were spotless. I also thought it was a pleasant change to see people in an AF on a Sunday (storming and Father's Day) night. The cons are parking off Gallatin pk is crowded, and off Delmar is less than ideal. I didn't spot sweat towels. Also, though the drawers w/a pay it forward sign is thoughtful, I prefer not to see condoms in a locker room.

Yesterday was one of the worst unprofessional customer service experiences I have had in my life. The young lady that filled in for the Mandy (was on leave) did a horrible job.
There is no way I would ever want to join at this location. The tour was 3 minutes. The young lady acted like she was a robot reading from a script.
