I had an absolutely outstanding massage today that I felt compelled to write a review. This past weekend I somehow slept wrong and my neck has been killing me ever since. I was able to quickly get ahold of someone and luckily got in the next day because they had a cancellation. My therapist made sure to ask me what I wanted to focus on today and I had one of the best 90 minute massages in my life. She made sure that I was comfortable with the pressure level and did her best to work out all the stress and knots I had. My favorite part was the foot massage! I am excited to come back in a month!

Honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. Without me even mentioning it specifically, she located and worked through two knots between my shoulder blades that I have had for YEARS. The whole experience was so therapeutic and calming, and she was so warm and easy to relax around. Big plus was that she wasn’t afraid to apply pressure where needed (yes!!) but also checked to make sure it wasn’t too much pressure. I walked out feeling like I was a foot taller, so loose and refreshed! Will absolutely be coming back here as soon as I can!

She took out like 5 knots in my back in only an hour and a half. Talk about a deep tissue massage! Exactly what I needed. It’s been about 4 weeks since my massage and I have had only ONE painful neck day since then. I’m used to THREE painful neck days a week!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
