I had my floors replaced in 2022 by Phil Rector the owner of this company. He was recommended by my realtor who sold my mother our house. He replaced our flooring after an insurance claim and we have had nothing but issues since. Huge gaps in between the slacks. There was supposed to be paper barrier under the bamboo flooring there is not. This company really took us for our money. Called them a few times after and never received a call back. Posting years later due to frustration of fixing the flooring myself.

Worked with Phil on my old house, with a full tear up and new subfloor. Floors came out amazing. The attention to detail is amazing. Phil doesn't let anything go by and takes care of all the little things most contractors let go or miss. I would recommend Advanced Hardwood Floors to everyone.

We worked with Phil on an addition and remodel involving restoration of original 1950's oak floor and install of new oak floor and had a great experience. Phil is a good communicator and does great work. If there are any issues, he promptly addresses and resolves.
