“I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Gillette and his staff. I will brag and refer anyone and everyone who will listen. They will make sure you get taken care of (almost always with a smile and maybe some new laugh wrinkles). Brandon who usually is at the front desk when I arrive, I'm convinced, has a photographic memory; greets me by name every time, always asks what I'm up to and makes a point to ask about something mentioned on my last visit. Now for Dr. Gillette... the man is a saint in my opinion. I don't know how I would have gotten through the last five years without him. I had only ever been one Chiropractor before and was terrified of going to someone new. He is very kind and patient (both with me as a patient on the table and me talking his ear off to which he listens attentively and with amusement). I was rear-ended pretty bad back in 2019 and found him on google. I was having a lot of neck pain and headaches, he listened to me and was careful with my adjustments and the first visit alone made me finally be able to start sleeping again after two weeks. Since then he has helped me through other road bumps including two emergency walk-ins after slipping a rib. He listens when I tell him how my body feels or if I think something doesn't quite sit right (whether another adjustment that visit or doing a stretch to help my muscle release since I have chronic muscle tension issues). He was also amazing at taking care of me when I switched to a fully remote position and educating me on proper posture. When I have needed massage therapy, he listens to what I tell him I'm feeling and asks what kind of massage I think might help and he directs me to the massage therapist best suited for my needs and what their speciality is. He is also the only clinic that I have been to that sells Thorne supplements. The NAIC and Lions Mane work great and are about the same price as if you purchased online. To top everything off, he has a little french bulldog who is deaf that he brings in to help patients (not to mention is absolutely adorable).“

“Dr. Rebecca Batchelor is a wonderful chiropractor and functional neurologist. I was having many neurological symptoms after a sudden onset of optic neuritis. After seeing many specialist (neurologists, ophthalmologist, rheumatologist), I was at the end of the road to explain my neuropathy pain, numbness, headaches, and extreme fatigue.

I was symptomatic every day but after a few months working with Dr. Rebecca my symptoms started to go away. Now, I have a hard time remembering when, if ever, I have symptoms. She is very knowledgable, intuitive, and effective!

As a bonus to treating my neuropathy, she has also cured my longterm insomnia and TMJ. I have never slept better in my life and my neck and jaw pain are being managed very well.

“I am not the sort of person that has a massage budget. Consequently, I'm also not the sort of person that has a favored masseuse. Pregnancy has changed that. Creating another human left me with daily unbearable back pain, and I was desperate for relief. I went to Kayleigh at the Lilac Healing Center, and she really did an amazing job. Kayleigh has all the equipment for prenatal massage. She had an array of differently shaped foam blocks that she used to position me comfortably, even when I was just lying on my side. She started me on my left, then flipped me to my right, then ended with me on my back, with two large triangular foam blocks behind my back and under my legs, so that I was in very comfortable V position. Then she put a warm compress beneath my neck and a cool mask over my eyes. I felt so pampered! This wasn't my first prenatal massage, but it was my first time with a masseuse that knew what to do with a pregnant woman. If you try to schedule online, the calendar will tell you that no one has any availability for at least a month. Instead, call and leave a message mentioning that you need a prenatal massage (or a regular massage from anyone). When they return your call, they'll give you Kayleigh's personal number and you can contact her directly. She was able to get me in within the week!“

“Undoubtedly the BEST integrative health facility I’ve had the ability to receive services from. Used to be a resident at my place in NY where I’d get medical massages and exams through HSS doctors. The quality of care I received there was entirely comparable to that at Osher. Expect an incredibly personable approach with your initial exam, followed to an impressive suite of options offered by Osher. I saw Dr. Birdee, who brought an astounding level of empathy, communication, and knowledge to our intake. I’ve been able to be a part of a new group CBT for chronic pain and intervention, which has yielded uniquely effective results I haven’t been able to find elsewhere. In tandem, I’m also seen by Taylor Koval, who in his mere two sessions with me, has done more than anyone who’s done manual work on me prior. I cannot begin to describe just how talented of a provider Taylor is. Like Dr. Birdee, Taylor brings a level of compassion, care, and verbalized communication that, quite simply, is incredible. “I have TMJ or “lock jaw” and back problems. My only options to “fix” my jaw was a costly surgery or muscle injections which each sounded horrible to me. I knew there had to be a way to fix my issues more naturally! I went to just see if I’d be comfortable with needles in me and honestly I couldn’t even feel them once she put them in. After every single session I’ve seen improvements in my jaw. I eat better, have less issues, and the service is great!

He was responsive and caring in our initial exchange, really wanting to fully understand what is bringing me his way. We scheduled an appointment and again we discussed my issues and treatment options. The session was great and provided immediate relief. Kenneth was gentle, constantly informing me of the next move and provided care during the session. Post session we discussed further treatment.
