Without hesitation, I highly recommend going to see Sepideh at Nashville Acupuncture Clinic to anyone! I started going over a year ago after I learned I had a bulging disc in my neck. It was causing a lot of pain, including shooting nerve pain all the way down my arm, I could hardly turn my head. I really didn't want to take the route of steroid shots to manage the pain, and had done PT but still had a lot of pain going on. After my first visit (acupuncture and cupping), I was able to turn my head without pain and have been regularly going, usually weekly. I am so relieved and grateful as I am a very active person who did not want to give that up! Sepideh has also been helping me with stress and gut issues, as well. She is very knowledgable, compassionate, and professional. She asks great questions to help me think about what is going on in my body more and has given great day to day advice.
