Some of the nicest and personable people I have ever had work in my home. I’ve had both Bobby and Tommy out to my properties on various occasions and each time they have been extremely respectful of my space and professional. They have always been up front about pricing and provided different repair options when necessary. Will always be a loyal customer!

I’ve always had good service from AAA Appliance Services, so much so that I have them in my contacts list in my phone. They have always done excellent work even though the person who comes out is always different.

Paid $89 for someone to come look at my out of balance washer and was told it would cost an additional $350 to fix ($440 total). My washer is old and cost about $500 new so obviously I did not proceed, but bought a $30 part on Amazon, watched a video on YouTube, and fixed it myself in less than half an hour. No idea where they got the figure that it would cost over $400 for this repair, but it doesn't strike me as honest work. Glad some people have had good experiences but I won’t be calling them again.Service: Washer/dryer repair
