I had a flood that took out my entire downstairs area, I was so overwhelmed, Justin and Bobby jumped on my case immediately, I was so overwhelmed, but they did a thorough assessment of my loss, coordinated with my instance company and my budget to handle my repairs. This is my second big job with them, I'll be a Fessler customer for life. They are always courteous and reliable.

Bobby and Justin did a great job of working with my home owner's insurance to almost completely cover the cost of replacing my roof and siding after the tornado went through in April. They also gave me a great deal on repairing rotten wood that was under the siding due to the original home builder not using waterproofing material and proper flashing on the siding when the home was originally built. The team of guys were very hard workers and got the job done quickly but thoroughly. The finished work looks amazing and I've gotten several compliments about how good it looks now that it's done. John Haley was an excellent project manager! He went above and beyond in helping us with our insurance claim for house damage from the December tornado and followed through while the repairs were being done.
