“As someone that has several medical issues, I make it a point to research who I'm going to see. I had an amazing doctor in Mt.Juliet and I expected to have someone equally as great to treat me when I moved to Murfreesboro. After going through some recommendations from friends and groups, social media, videos and doctor suggestions I decided to meet Lydia. First I'd like to say not only did I feel heard but I also felt like she truly cared about my health. Her staff are friendly, professional and experienced. If my appt is at 2pm I've never had to wait past that time to be seen. Every referral she has sent has always been with great doctors, short or no wait time to get in. Prescriptions are usually ready for me to pick up by the time I'm close to the pharmacy I use. I have been going to this office for nearly two years and everytime it's been an "emergency" Lydia has always seen me either the same day or next and at times virtually. I usually only write a review if I am unsatisfied or for bad service. But my experience has been so amazing I felt like people should know that there are places that will treat you, care about your well-being and treat you with the respect we all deserve. “I have multiple health issues that have required me to see the doctor on a regular basis for the last 32 years. I recently encountered issues and the hospital I had been going to no longer accepted my insurance leaving me to find a new insurance plan as well as six different doctors and specialists. It was overwhelming to me but I finally was successful and got insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield and also a phenomenal primary care doctor Dr Melinda Rosner at Blue Cross Blue Shield facility called Sanitas Medical Group here in murfreesboro. I cannot praise the care and the compassion that I have received enough and highly recommend Blue Cross Blue Shield and Sanitas Medical Group looking for or wanting to change their medical care. I personally want to thank each and every one of their entire staff from the reception is to the technicians and the doctors as well as the entire Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance team who have resolved any issue that I have encountered. “Excellent family practice. Dr Xai, Mary and their team are fantastic. They’re super friendly, very helpful and very empathetic when it comes to listening and helping you to also understand their diagnosis. My elderly parents both come here because they don’t want to deal with the long wait times to get an appointment with a traditional medical care facility like MMC or Ascension and don’t want to go to Urgent Care. They’re super knowledgeable in helping us understand and navigate resources out there for my parents such as getting a permanent disability placard or helping to source medical equipment when insurance didn’t cover it. We’ve never had any billing issues with insurance and Mary personally answers any questions they have. My dad had a stroke a couple of months ago and Dr Xai personally went to visit him in the hospital on his own accord. I’d definitely recommend them and can vouch for their care and practice.“

“Joanna the office manager, called me after hours and resolved my issue. I do understand now that the Nurse doing prior authorizations , wears many hats at that office and it does take some time. Which is perfectly fine it was the other office worker at that location speaking rudely on her behalf. Instead of de-escalating the situation she was making it worse with her, smart remarks (the office worker that name starts with T I think). Thank you Joanna, for making this experience better and explaining to us more about how prior authorizations work. Dr Helton needs to keep you around.“
