Knowing this was my first visit with Michele Augustin, FNP-C Nurse Practitioner, she was extremely helpful and very thorough! She let me talk and express my concerns due to why I was visiting. She explained options step by step and asked me if that is something I would like to do, instead of just saying she’s going to do this or that or just type on her laptop the whole time and sending me on my way. She let me talk and explain everything that I had been going through and experiencing the last year or so. She actually listened to me instead of looking at me like I was crazy or judging me. Great service and care
THIS IS THE BEST RAN LITTLE PROFESSIONALCLINIC I HAVE BEEN IN .BETTER THAN MOST LARGE HOSPITAL.I AM 75YRS OLD AND I KNOW I HAVE BEEN IN TWO MANY. THANK YOU FOR HAVING SUCH A GREAT PLACE TO SEE A REAL PROFESSIONAL . GOD BLESS
