I was scheduled for my regular preventative maintenance. It was easy to schedule with the office. I got text reminders of my upcoming appointment. Even got a picture of the tech, Will, so I knew who I was letting in my home. The technician arrived promptly and was very professional. He took care of the system check. Had to make a slight repair, which was discounted because i am on the preventative maintenance plan. He let me know he had completed it. He went over everything, and said everything looked good. Great experience. Very happy with my service.

Very very pleased with Milan Heating and Air, I was having issues with my air not turning on Mr. Brent came out here very quickly was super professional and excellent service and accessed the issue quickly and had me back with air and A nice cool house again no complaints at all for this business will continue to use them and recommend them!
