The West Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery is a truly beautiful and dignified place for a loved one to be laid to rest. The staff were professional, organized, and handled everything with the utmost respect. As the final resting place for a proud U.S. Navy retiree, it was especially meaningful to see the U.S. Military Funeral Honors Detail perform the flag folding, Taps, and rifle volley flawlessly. Their precision and dedication to tradition honored my father’s service in the most moving way. We are deeply grateful for such a perfect tribute and peaceful setting.

My wife was interned there in October 2022. The site is very nice and everyone was very courteous. On a visit to the grave in January the headstone was in place and very nice except that while they spelled my wife's last name correctly, the reference to myself had the last name misspelled , a common reversal of 2 letters. I advised staff and was told it would be corrected in 3-4 months. I visited yesterday after about 1 month and it was already corrected. Very considerate, very professional. Highly recommend this site for veterans when their or their spouses time arrives.

They treat you like family and show so much respect to the veterans that choose to be laid to rest there. I am proud of my husband for where he decided to be placed as he passes on to heaven. God bless all of them. The place is well kept and I feel honored to visit my husband there.
