I buried my husband 2 years ago in July of 2021 at Memorial Park Hackscross. I have been waiting on his headstone since then. I have called several times, I've spoken with Sandra Porter and she has not have not helped at all. I have called corporate and no one has called back several times. I will not do business or refer them to no one in my family or friends. On top of dealing with his death I have to deal with a company that can't communicate with me about headstone. At this point I feel there should be a refund. I have made contact with the media and still no response from Memorial Park. I buried my son on July 24, 2021. I purchased his headstone Oct 2021. He has yet to receive it. I have spoken with several employees about my baby headstone several times, overtime and I still have no results. My son still to this day only has a marker. No one communicates with me unless I call them and still nothing. I had a certain amount of time to pay for his headstone but they have had over 2 years to produce one and still nothing. I feel it is totally unfair that I have to keep contacting them to speak on a subject that breaks my heart to talk about, and i still get no results. I buried my twin nephews in August of 2013.I paid almost 1600.00 dollars for a headstone that hasn’t been placed! I have called and been lifted with no answer. I paid off the headstone in 2015., it’s 5 years later!(only gave that star cause I had to!!!)
