No one answers the phone. The tech who did my MRI was empathetic and seemed competent. But the resulting report failed to provide the PI-RADS score, a key metric. My query provided a vague explanation that it was not provided because of an agreement with one or more urology practices. All 7 other local imaging facilities provide PI-RADS on their reports. Totalcare does not.

Terrica in X-Ray took great care of me! Super kind and great at her job! Debbie made my CT experience pleasant and we had a good laugh! Robin thank you for the Blanket and rocking my IV! My whole experience was completely opposite of what I read on Google! From the front desk to out the door in less than an hour and everyone was so kind! Great job Ladies!

This place is the most disorganized medical organization I’ve ever visited. Efficiency was so poor that I finally left rather than getting the x-ray. I was supposed to receive. I waited more than two hours and was still waiting in a largely empty waiting room before deciding to go somewhere else for a simple X-ray.
