Called to schedule with Dr. Blankley. Called to make sure my appointment was on their schedule due to being booked online. Obviously the website doesn’t reflect the doctor’s schedule, because she said he wasn’t available at that time. The receptionist stated that the website isn’t her problem. Neither is it mine but it’s definitely an inconvenience & dealing with nasty attitudes just made it easier to cancel all together.
