Tuesday, Jan 16, 2024, I broke the key off in my Security door. Now the door was locked and I was unable to get out of my house using that door.I called Pop A Lock. I have never used this company before but will certainly use them in the future. I was given a Thurs, Jan 18, 2024 appoint. The technician called to ask if he could come early. When the agreed upon time came, he called to say he would be a few minutes late due to the snow and ice on the roads. He arrived and immediately assessed the situation. The first 2 gentleman could not open and didn't charge me. It was very windy and raining and cold. I commend these guys for their dedication. Then the 3rd and last locksmith came out he was from Good people...he made a key and it worked!!!!!! I paid 305.00. I'm not sure if that's a good price or not. But he was very nice and gave me his card shown.

Always the first call if I lock my keys in my car. Or need locks changed at my house. Jimmy, Todd. & crew always come to the rescue without fail. Definitely a trusted locksmith company.
