Great honest guys to do business with. Went to get fob reprogrammed. Wasn't working. They found that I had put the battery in the fob upside down. They could have acted like they programmed it and got my money but they were honest. Free!!! Thank you for your honesty!!!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I figured this one was worth it. I came by today around 1:30–1:40, and I’ve been in a few times before. Every time it’s been the same guy helping me. He’s always got his hands full, but he’s still friendly, keeps the line moving, and makes conversation while he’s working. You can tell he’s doing his best even when it’s busy. Y’all have a good one there. I’ll be recommending this place to friends and family cause the price ain’t bad either.
These folks are on top of their game! Despite challenges from the weather and special codes, Ryan (and others I'm sure), delivered a new, fully programmed key fob for my new ride. They we're much more affordable than going to the dealer and Ryan kept me informed as they overcame a number of obstacles. KeyTrader is now my official locksmith of choice. If it's a service they provide, I will go to them! I highly recommend them, especially after having some difficult times with other locksmiths. Great folks. Great company.
