Le Bonheur Urgent Care provides exceptional and professional after-hours care for children. The experience is described as wonderful, awesome, and beyond expectations. The staff, including the front receptionists, nurses, doctors, and technicians, are consistently noted as extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful, patient, super nice, and personable. They are efficient and go above and beyond, showing they truly care for the well-being of their patients. Doctors are professional, quick, and take time to answer all questions, explaining every detail without rushing patients out. They are great with children, making visits a positive experience even for infants and kids who usually cry at clinics. The care is expert, especially for injuries requiring procedures like sutures. While waits can occur because the doctor helps all patients well, the overall service is excellent. This is a place where parents can count on when regular clinics are closed, and many would not go anywhere else in the future. Security and thorough care, including being escorted to vehicles, contribute to the very, very good service.
We’ve been to this urgent care multiple times and they are incredibly thorough and efficient. Even when it’s a bit slower, I can tell it’s because the doctor’s bedside manner: he inspects extensively, explains and guides comprehensively, and does so with warmth and patience. Everybody here truly seems to take pride in their role, down to the security guard. I’ve always been here after hours near closing and nobody’s once acted annoyed or overburdened, which is refreshing in an emergency healthcare setting.
My mom and I come here for urgent healthcare concerns. Everyone on staff has been kind, patient, friendly, and professional.
The doctors and nurses listen to our concerns, provide a quick diagnosis, and start treatment when needed.
I walked in today barely able to breathe, and walked out feeling so much better.

Every single person here was absolutely fantastic. From the secretary, to the person taking vitals, to the triage nurse, to the nurse in the back (Tenicia) and the doctor!! They explained everything so thoroughly and we were in and out in 45 minutes. I will be telling everyone about this place because they really made a difference for our family in a time of distress and while my pediatricians office was closed!! I am forever grateful for the staff at this location.
