“At least for this visit, the experience is exceptional! Beyond our expectations. I would say the opposite to the "zero" star, I would give a six star if possible. The receptionist guy is extremely welcome and helpful and friendly and explains everything. The doctor is also very professional and quick, he also knows our primary care doctor, and makes all the conversations friendly and explains every detail with my baby. This is a place where you can count on when regular clinics are closed. Very, very good!!“
“While I am not a big fan of the Baptist medical system, I give five stars for the staff's level of service I received on 2/22/24. Friendly, supportive staff can keep a dire business from sinking. LaShonie provided excellent customer service! She was professional while personable and made me feel comfortable during my visit.“
