I highly recommend my personal trainer, Tony! He has been absolutely awesome to work with. Since training with him, I've developed noticeable muscle in my arms and have lost a few inches from my waist. I changed from another fitness club to LA Fitness, and I'm so thankful I was assigned to him.
Tony is patient, encouraging, and truly cares about helping his clients succeed. He takes the time to explain each exercise, makes sure my form is correct, and motivates me to keep improving. I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident because of his guidance.

The gym is never too crowded. My personal trainer Dezerae “ Dezzy” is truly my accountability partner. She knowledgeable of the equipment and things of dietary supplements and nutrition. She’s a joy and you better believe once you think you got something down packed she’s cooked up a new exercise. Overall she’s amazing if you don’t have a trainer get you one like Dezzy!

Dezeare is an incedible trainer!! She is very knowledgable regarding form and has a vast knowledge in different exercising to target your problem areas. Although I'm not always motivated, she keeps me going with her warm personality and great sense of humor. I appreciate her being apart of my weight loss journey😁😁😁
