Unsurpassed customer service even over a year after purchase. I would give more stars if they were available. I shopped around for my roof as I dont ever want to replace again. I'm near 70. The product is superior to any other I found. My installation was done in one day. That's strip down, about half the wood replaced and then the new roof. Many positive mentions from neighbors.
With this recent ice storm a frozen branch fell and punched a 3 inch hole in the roof. Good sized branch. Ben had a crew come out and fix the problem promptly. Looks like new. No charge. Like I said, excellent customer care!
I have to give Erie Roofing a five star review. We had a new roof put on Oct. 2024. We chose Erie Roofing because they did an excellent job in assessment of our current roof both inside and out. I have to say, they did and continue to give us great service. Their staff, especially Andres and three more have been wonderful. When we recently had a problem during the ice storm, Erie was quick to respond and made an accurate assessment of the problem and how to fix it. I am so thankful we chose Erie roofing for our new roof. I am also very thankful for Andres and his assistant for their hep. Not many like them!! Thank you, thank you, thank you. From Old Tipton Road
