I was told, and still believe if you don't have anything good to say, do not say nothing.However, when I'm hurting or being affected negatively, I must speak.The previous post is true about the prescription refill process. There's sometimes a disconnect between the party writing the prescription refills and the pharmacy.I'm not pointing fingers, but I've tried (days) getting my blood pressure medication. I still don't have it. I've made numerous calls from Third street Pharmacy to Frayser, leaving messages, speaking to staff, etc. (Shrugs) I can't fix the problem. I'm not the problem and I'm out of medicine. I'm also possibly going through withdrawals symptoms anyday...read full review

I went to this location because I recently moved to the area and wanted to see if that'd haha quality health care. Two things were wrong, the staff, and quality of care I received. Although, I felt like the receptionist was very unprofessional because she thought I didn't have a job and I dressed down for the occasion. She treated me like I was less than she. Moving past that, I ignored her, and waited for my name to be called. I was finally called after noticing every white person getting called back before me. Great place nice and clean,went to emergency room twice spent a total of 15 hrs between both dates and still didn’t get prescribed right went to Christ community was there maybe 2hrs or less got the right medicine I needed to heal properly everyone was so nice and professional,thank you guys so much❤️
