FedExFamilyHouse is a clean and spacious facility that provides a comfortable "home away from home" for families. It offers free food, drinks, WiFi, and access to laundry, toiletries, and a gym. The friendly staff is compassionate and helpful, providing a shuttle service and accommodating needs. Family areas, kitchens, and pantries are available for families to gather and cook.
It’s clean, it’s beautiful, it has all the amenities you need to be home away from home. The staff is so nice. The generosity they show is beyond our expectations. I love that there’s a place like this that exists for families who are going through tough times with their families. I told my husband it’s like God’s blessings in person right before our eyes. Thank you to whomever came up with the idea for the FedEx House. 🩵
I am overwhelmed by the generosity and kindness of everyone here. What you guys do is true hospitality. The only descripancy I have is that the car seat wasn't rthe right size for my infant son for the shuttle so I was concerned about his safety. The smallest it said is for 10kg and he is 7.6. But other than that I most definitely recommend this place and shower gratitude on the staff and donors.
The FedEx house was the biggest blessing for my family. It was a light for us when things were scary easing the stress of finding lodging for weeks and providing a home away from home environment. Thank you for going above and beyond, we are so thankful.
