Be wary or get up front pricing from these guys, had a simple leak at an elbow connection to irrigation system that was already dug out and diagnosed and they charged $600 for the fix. Took less than two hours to replace maybe a foot of pvc and elbow joint, most of the time waiting for glue to dry. I guess those tariffs have kicked in on glue and pvc. I could not get an invoice with labor and materials as Mike mentioned in his communication. His explaination was these are set prices and this was on the lower end. They came out for an estimate after an ice storm, charged me $180.00 to cut and cap my waterline to my washer, spent about 15 minutes at my house and said they would be back the next week to finish the job. What a piece of work. After contacting this company many times, I finally got an appointment. The plumber did not show up. I called the next the day to find out why, and this man has the nerve to blame me for him not showing up! Apparently I got a call from a different number than the plumber who I had been working with (how am I supposed to know it’s not spam? I didn’t answer). Dude said he didn’t want to come over if I didn’t answer the phone. What is the point of having an appointment? This guy is not ready for prime time. Stay away.
