Jason, Kein, Corey and Kelly were wonderful! They were prompt, courteous and professional. Kudos to Jason for getting the HVAC job started. Jason came to do regular mx check on my HVAC, he noticed the problem and went over and beyond to recommend what was needed. He was very respectful and his customer service skills were excellent!
I always ask for Rodger by name - Corey was with him today as well. They were quick, efficient, and super knowledgeable. There’s no job too complicated for Tim Ferguson’s electricians to tackle. You won’t be disappointed!
Nobody wants to have to replace an entire AC unit and nobody wants to work in the heat but if you have to Kelly Fortner with Tim Ferguson Memphis is THE MAN to call! Communcation was clear and immediate. Service was impeccable. We had to wait on a new unit to arrive and during that wait Kelly hooked our salon up with a portable AC unit that kept us cool in those last few hot weeks of summer. Thank you to all the crew from Tim Ferguson Memphis for the excellent customer service. 10/10 recommend!
