Many patients report wonderful providers who make them feel like family and offer genuine care and concern, with excellent bedside manner. The front staff is described as kind and helpful. Patients feel listened to and not treated as if on an assembly line, leaving appointments feeling both physically and emotionally better. The clinic is highly recommended as a primary care provider.
However, some patients express disappointment with communication, noting that calls for assistance, such as medication requests, require leaving a message and can take a day or two for a response, which they feel is too long.
