“I just swapped this office to my primary.
The front desk ladies were so kind.
The nurse was sweet and very present listening to my reasons for swapping.
Dr. Shanea was nothing short of professional and understanding and empathetic.
I'm so happy with this swap.
I recommend this office over and over.”
“They are careing and know what they are doing. I went to them last week for neuropathy in my feet and hands and I’m already feeling some relief. I would highly recommend them.”
“Cannot recommend this place enough! For the past 8 years I haven’t been feeling myself to say the least. It got so rough both physically and mentally that I had to do something about it. After researching for a couple months, I decided to go to the doctor and get labs done which showed my testosterone ridiculously low. I found optimize u and this clinic was a God send. Dr. Randolph has been so much help getting my life back in order and I wholeheartedly trust him. He really knows his stuff and takes the time to listen to how you’re feeling and works to get you as close to optimal as possible. Words really can’t express the appreciation I have for Dr. Randolph and optimize u. Not only does hormones play a role in your physical health, the mental side is just as big and for the first time in many years I’m actually able to get things done in life, with a smile on my face. And this is only 4 months in!! Thank yall so much!!”
