Charles and his team member came out to inspect a leak and found the problem quickly and informed me of what the issue was, the likely cause, and how to prevent it from happening again. Very informative, very knowledgeable, very kind and respectful. I would recommended this company to anyone who needed any plumbing services! I was very pleased! He also kept in touch about appointment confirmation, was able to return my call within a reasonable amount of time. 10/10 on communication!
Our ejector pump stopped working, and after being without water for a day and a half and calling several companies, I reached out to Flow Doctor Plumbing. Charlie was professional from the start and got us on the schedule right away.
He arrived the very next day with a great attitude and a wealth of knowledge. Charlie and Quentin quickly diagnosed the issue and had us back up and running in no time. Their promptness, professionalism, and expertise made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

I definitely recommend this company. The plumber came out, saw that it was an easy fix, and explained how to repair it so I wouldn’t have to be charged. That says a lot about the honesty and integrity of the company. Most companies would have charged for something that didn’t even need to be fixed. Great job, guys, and thank you. You all were a huge help.
