They were pleasant and easy to talk to, and they cleaned up everything thoroughly, leaving the area better than they found it. The experience was fantastic all around. Matthew and Sunny and the crew were top notch, and the technician did an outstanding job. Scheduling and communication was super responsive and helpful. It was honest, quality work from a local McMinnville business, and customers would definitely use them again. Truly outstanding service.
I am so thankful to find a company that would do an emergency weekend service call. Both my commodes were stopped up , they came on a Sunday and unstopped both commodes, even fixed a loose pipe under my house and put a much needed part on one commode tank. This was all done with the knowledge and speed of a professional . If I ever need a plumber in the future I will definitely call them.
This is the 3rd time we've had matt & crew out for different problems. They are friendly, professional & show up as soon as they are able. We always try to do as much as we can on our own but when the problem beats us, that problem doesn't beat them. The rates are fair too. Love these guys!
Roto-Rooter came through for us in a big way. Marge answered my call and had a crew at my door first thing the very next morning. Our kitchen drain line to the septic tank had become blocked, and water had started leaking into the house — not a fun situation.
Mike and his helper arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and got right to work. I have to add how pleasant and easy to talk to they both were. Once the repair was finished, they cleaned up everything thoroughly, leaving the area better than they found it.
