He cleaned the carpets in a house I just bought, before I moved the furniture in and did a superb job, in just a couple of hours. When I mentioned I had cats, he sprayed a ScotchGuard + conditioner solution, which makes me feel much more confident about being able to keep my carpets clean. And he was professional and congenial both in planning the cleaning and on the day of the cleaning.
