“I can’t say enough nice words about this business. I have three pets! Unfortunately they like to have accidents on the most expensive rug I own. Everyone I have dealt with at this company is professional and kind. Heidi always treats me as her most important customer. I know they have many, so that extra care from her is always needed. We just had our large rug cleaned by them and it was perfect. A few weeks later my little papillon pup decided to pee on it. They came out the next morning and spot cleaned for me. I just couldn’t believe they treated me like a first class customer. I just don’t see this level of care and kindness anymore. I highly recommend them. “I'm so glad I was referred to Rose Carpet Cleaners. We had a cheap-ish s*** area rug that smelled like our dogs (no urine, just their bodies), and we wanted to get it cleaned instead of throwing it away. We had brought it to a dry cleaner, but the odor remained. We also tried spraying it with the dog odor remover sprays but that never lasted. Rose came to our apartment and picked up the carpet, and brought it back to our door within a week. Dog smell gone! We are delighted because we really like the carpet, and it was a very affordable and courteous service. I will use them again.“
