Terrible experience!!! Does not answer the phone or return phone calls and Rochelle, the receptionist, is very RUDE! do not recommend!!!

LITERALLY RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION!!! SAYING THEY DID US DIRTY IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! The accountant, who was working on our taxes, quit, and no one said a word to us… They just let our stuff sit there…. When I called growing concerned, I was ignored so I started driving 45 minutes out of my way to show up at their office. Then they moved locations and didn’t even bother to tell us. I found a letter stuck to the door of the old building saying they had moved… ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! I’ve then drive 45 minutes a different direction to show up to their other office. they kept refusing to release our taxes after stating they were “done”. I started showing up and wasting the receptionist time, talking to her about her hobbies… That’s when Phil FINALLY wanted to help me bc I was then costing him money ? huge plot twist though… He came out with taxes for me to sign only they weren’t the right year… In fact, it was a year that we had given no information to him on so I don’t even know what information he slapped on tax return, and was trying to hand me. I was blown away and had to ask him, “where are the correct year of taxes?” He legit didn’t know what I meant. Then he said well i need more time then if you want different years…. Wait, you need more time bc you didn’t do your job or even know what your job was…..I had to drive there every day for a week just to get him to get us our taxes after 1.5 YEARS!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT LEBLANC AND CHANDLER BC THEY WILL SCREW YOU TOO!!P.S. EVERY YEAR OF TAXES THEY PREPARED, WE HAD TO GET AMMENDED BC THEY DIDNT MATCH OUR SOFTWARE INFORMATION AT ALL! IT WAS LIKE PHILL SLAPPED SOME RANDOM INFO ON SOME PAPER AND SENT US ON OUR WAY… 2017 is a year they filed and the IRS still won’t even accept that year now in 2024…. THATS PATHETIC!!

Everyone here was so helpful! We came for a consultation for an estate account and left feeling very informed. The receptionist was so nice and made sure we were comfortable while there. Phil was awesome, I felt that he talked to me not at me which is rare nowadays. Will be returning and maybe for even more services in the future.

This is a warning to any one looking for an accountable CPA don't look here. I worked with them for 4 years, every year I found a error in the work and needed to have it redone. Than the Icing on the cake was they forgot to to push the button and submit my taxes after I had fully paid them too. The next year in spring the IRS charged me for not submitting my taxes from the prior year. Huge surprise, I had copies, I had proof, I had none my part but Leblanc & Chandler had not done theirs !! This took me 1.5 years to work out and correct with many fines to me. Not once did Leblanc and Chandler ever offer to connect with the IRS to admit the error they had made. I had to work with another CPA at a large cost to me over the 1.5 years it took to get it all straighten out, all the while collecting interest on the problem and the IRS never takes back interest even if your in the right!! $400.00 of interest!!! To top it off this arrogant careless man never once contacted me personally to apologize for the there lack of follow through which started the whole issue!! By all means look else where this is something NO ONE wants to go through!

We decided to have Leblanc and Chandler do our taxes last year, and we couldn’t be happier with that decision. Our daughter and our son also had them file theirs. We were so impressed with their depth of knowledge of all of the tax laws. They answered all of our questions and even helped us in knowing how to better our finances for the following tax year. Taxes are very stressful, the they lessened the stress for us. It is so worth it to let the professionals handle filing, and I would highly recommend them to anyone for all their tax needs.

They failed to pay my corp taxes and the IRS fined me $500.00. They don't return phone calls or emails. I quit using them, can't afford the fines.

I highly recommend these guys to do your taxes and answer any questions you might have about finances. The most friendly people and super knowledgeable. We've used them, my parents have used them, my in-laws have used them, and everyone has left feeling confident.
