“I just can't say enough good things about this company. On January 20, 2024 I woke up to no water. I first thought frozen pipes (it was in the teens that night) but then I noticed the geyser in my front yard. I first contacted the utilities, they shut off my water and quickly confirmed it was on my side (no surprise). I got the recommendation of Reese Plumbing from someone in my neighborhood.Upon first ring Stephen (or Steven) answered and confirmed he could come later in the day to assess the problem. He arrived earlier than he indicated (welcome relief) and went straight to work. He quickly identified the problem (faulty connection probably a construction error - 3 year old house). He had the repair completed and my water restored in about 30 minutes. He was such a nice young man and I'm beyond grateful for the service on a Saturday in below freezing weather. The price was very reasonable for an emergency situation and I not only highly recommend, but will not hesitate to use them again if I ever need plumbing assistance.Thank you again!Andi“

“Reached out to Assured Comfort on a Saturday afternoon for help with a broken old furnace - they came highly recommended by a neighbor and I can definitely see why! Ray called me within the hour and referred me to on call tech Steven who swiftly diagnosed a quick fix that he followed up with a visit first thing Monday morning. From start to finish everyone was a pleasure to deal with, so informative and offered great solutions for providing more life out of my old unit where as most other companies in the past have barely glanced at it before just trying to upsell me on ripping the entire thing out.
