“After lightning knocked out the water and irrigation lines to our house, a neighbor recommended Rocky to us and thank goodness she did! My husband called Rocky on a Sunday afternoon (our water had been shut off since Friday), and Rocky personally answered even though he was having Sunday lunch after church.
