I had a leaky shower faucet and called Mr. Rooter Plumbing for service. Lamar, the Plumber, came out for the consultation and, after opening the shower faucet cap , he discovered that insulation foam was covering access to the cartridge, preventing full access to the shower mechanisms for repair. He didn’t ask me for the access panel to the shower pipes/plumbing … I told him I did not have an access panel for this bathroom. Lamar clearly explained the situation in plain language and, determined he had to come back for the repairs because he will have to cut the sheet rock behind the shower to be able to access the pipes for the shower to see… read full review
