“Our washing machine quit working while full of clothes water and with the door locked and on a Sunday. I called Jon’s phone and left a message. He returned my call first thing Monday and scheduled an appoint for today. He showed up, diagnosed the problem, and returned with the proper part in about an hour, fixed it in 30 minutes and was on his way. No mess, no fuss just solid professionalism. I can’t recommend this person highly enough. Good work, Jon! I’ll call you again, but I hope not too soon.“
