Every single time I take my children for their checkups I always have the best experience! I love Dr Bill & his lovely nurses Lacey, Cassidy & Noelle. All 4 are very attentive and give the best care in a timely manner. Everyone else seems to be very nice as well. Highly recommend family medical for patients looking for the best care.
A new Tennessee resident, I had my first appointment with Family Medical Associates and Pediatrics. The staff, Lacey and Noelle, were welcoming and accommodating. Cassidy, Dr. Bill Robinson's nurse, was professional and interested in my medical needs. Dr. Bill listened to my concerns and addressed them quickly and efficiently. I felt part of a competent team. Definitely the right choice of medical providers for me.
Our family members have been patients at Family Medical for over 20 years. Dr. Crutcher and Nurse Amanda (not me!) always bring a welcoming, non-judgmental presence to our visits. They both genuinely listen to concerns and provide thorough, knowledgeable care. They truly care for the whole patient, and we are grateful to have them in our community.
