My 10 year old was complaining about his stomach hurting and had a low grade fever. Because of the extra questions Dr. Orr asked and the exams he did he recommended we go straight to Vandy Childrens Hospital. He felt it was my son’s appendix. He was absolutely correct and my son ended up having surgery to remove his appendix the following morning. He called later that night to check in on us at the ER and called the following day to see how surgery went. This is above and beyond service in my opinion.

Dr Orr is good. The other doctors are good too. Good location, good facility, and good about handling payments and insurance etc. staff is actually nice, personally when I go to clinics I dread it because everyone is in a bad mood but the people working there actually like what they do and they don’t seem unhappy.

My three children see Dr. Casilli. She has been our pediatrician for four years and has always been kind, considerate, and helpful. I appreciate the ability to call their triage nurse when determining whether to schedule a sick visit and being able to speak with an on-call physician on weekends.
