“Bill Baltes did an 11 zone irrigation system with Rachio controller and connected gutter downspouts to a new 4” drain to existing drain sump. Also added a small drain sump to a low spot. They also replaced 18’ of chain link fence with cedar and a 8’6” double gate. It all works great. I’m posting this review 3 months after the work was completed and after several long rains. I like Bill’s style, knowledge, integrity and the work of his crew. I’d use them again and recommend them to others. I’ve known Bill for at least twenty years as a customer of mine at a wholesale supply business that he frequented. So I know him as a customer and a supplier and creditor.“

“These people are the real deal and I couldn't be happier that I chose them for my kitchen and bathroom remodel. 3 years ago I went with a friend of a friend that does remodeling as a side gig and dropped 20K with him to do 2 full baths and some other work in my house, almost all of which had to be redone because of his sloppy work. There was a leak in my master shower that made it completely useless and have been using the guest bath since. The Doty's are licensed and insured and came with a great recommendation, as well as previous project pics, and quoted me close to the same to rip out everything my previous contractor did, fix his multiple major screw ups behind the walls, and install completely new materials. I ended up spending more and adding to the project while it was in process and they handled it without missing a step. Jeremy, the owner, is friendly and honest from the start about what they can do and was present most of the time while his teams were working and his wife Crystal was extremely helpful with designing the bathrooms and kitchen and met me on several occasions through the project at Floor and Decor and other places to help me pick out the materials to use for flooring, countertops for the kitchen and both bathroom vanities, shower tile and nooks, acessories like a new kitchen sink, and hardware for the showers and kitchen, backsplash for the kitchen all the way down to picking the best grout colors to accentuate the look of what was going in. More than anything, they made me feel at ease with the process and decisions being made even after the experience I had throwing 20k down the drain 3 years prior by communicating with me regularly and actively asking for my feedback on the work that had been perfirmed that day. They are very structured with their work schedule and finished the project within their original quoted timeline of 3 weeks. For anyone looking for a crew that knows how to do an amazing job and that will follow through with their commitments, please give Doty's a shot at your business. You will be glad that you did.“
