I had an excellent experience with Precision Door Service! My garage door began to warp on a Wednesday, they had someone out that day to inspect what was happening and offered a reasonable repair estimate. After some discussion, I decided to replace the entire door, which was done that same Friday morning! Every interaction with them was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

Jason, the technician who has made the call for me the last two times I had a garage door problem is very thorough - attending to and fixing what I called about and then noticing other things that may need adjusting or replacing. As a result, my door is so quiet and smooth operating that it hardly makes a sound. He also makes suggestions that make it possible for me to attend to the door daily to prevent problems. AND courteous - Jason's picture should be beside the entry in the dictionary for "courteous",Thank you for quality workmanship and workmen who take pride in their work.

The technician arrived on time and fixed my garage door problem professionally and expeditiously. My wife & I are very pleased with Precision Door Service. Also, we called after normal work hours, 9pm, and were surprised that a real person answered our phone call. Thanks for all you do.
