I just had a Lift Master gate opener installed and I was very pleased with Toby who installed it. He was very professional and friendly. After the installation he went over the operating instructions with me and set my remotes.

Payton came out on a moments notice at 9:00 pm and got my car freed from my garage. He went the extra mile on the door, not only replacing the broken spring, but also lubing it and readjusting the sensors. It is now working better than ever and I am free to go to work this morning with no worries of “is this thing going to open for me when I get home.” Thank you Payton (and Carrie too for setting all this up!)!!

I called Precision Door service of Memphis when I noticed the spring pad backing board separating and pulling away from the wall. They gave me an appointment very quickly, the next day. Jason Rodriguez was the technician, and he arrived 10 minutes early letting me know in advance. He did a phenomenal job. He inspected the whole door, quickly identified the two major issues which had created the problem (new home builder faulty installation), gave me an estimate of the cost for rectifying the issues and then did all the repairs, rectifying the original installer clear errors that had led to the issue occurring.
