Choosing America's Home Place in Knoxville, TN to build our home was the best choice. No other builder in our area would build what we wanted and how we wanted it. Ben, Sydney and Jason W. were wonderful to work with. Very professional team with the knowledge and patients to make the home building an enjoyable process. Travis is the secret valuable asset to this team. I have learned so much from Travis when he comes to work on the punch list for warranty issues. We will miss Travis when our warranty expires!
The whole team has been absolutely awesome. So patient, accommodating, and professional, yet very friendly. So understanding of all my endless questions. Highly recommend working with America's Home Place. So excited for next stage of our build!!!!
My husband and I are considering having a custom home built. We stopped by the Kodak location today to look at a model. Danny Earley was on site and kind enough to walk us through the model and answer all our questions. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We also met Becky the construction coordinator who was able to answer a few more questions. We were impressed with this company and all the information we obtained.
