I have been a builder for 30 plus years and have seen many windows and I can say that the windows and the installation were absolute top-notch! The installers were incredibly friendly, professional and the cleanest crew I have ever encountered in construction!

Chuck was exceptional to work with! He was very thoughtful in making sure we received exactly what we needed. Every window was custom made for each opening and fit beautifully. He also kindly stored my windows for a few weeks prior to beginning the install. I highly recommend both the product and the customer service!

They even corrected some previously unfinished work we had had to postpone during the shutdown. We would definitely recommend this company!

Worst experience ever. What should have taken one day for windows and door took two and same with siding. Start time was two to three hours late and wasn't informed until after starting time. Within the last year I had all windows, doors and siding put up, by all means not a cheap price. My bedroom window was not caulked properly, had water coming inside my bedroom window behind the frame of the window, down my wall onto my carpet and floor and being that it wasn't caught in time which cause damage to my bedroom floor and now needs to be replaced. Was told it doesn't take six months for this to happen and since my floor is so old that is part of the problem. Even offered for a home inspector to come out, said no at first and changed my mind now no word from the company. However wasn't a problem when the crew was here putting in the windows. They weren't ready to go through the floor. I had a right sided handle glass sliding door and now it's left handed because they hung it upside down and I complained about water being in the tracks...that took 3 months to resolve. There wasn't enough skirting color ordered, they also tried leaving the skirting under my deck white instead of the color I had it changed to; then was informed about it being the j channel that had to be spray painted since the white j channel is screwed into the concrete. I know the difference between j channel and skirting....and I didn't need help with that.they left my back of home covered in plastic from November till February which caused astromical electric bill. I would not recommend this company at all.

They were as professional and proficient as anyone I have seen in a long time. Rick and Jose’s crew were incredible to work. The product is amazing and the we couldn’t beat the price. We were kept in the loop the entire time our windows were being built and the installation was spot on. We got both doors and windows and they look great

“I first worked with Chuck at Window Depot in 2022 when I had new windows installed in a rental property, and the experience was excellent. More recently, I had an issue with a broken seal on windows at my personal residence (installed by another company). Even though it wasn’t his product, Chuck went out of his way to help me. He pointed me to the manufacturer, guided me through the warranty process, and since he no longer lives in my area, he even helped me find a quality local installer. It’s rare to find someone who stands behind their customers like that, regardless of the brand. They were very professional, on time and listened to us and explained the whole process. Chuck was on sight to oversee and made sure everything we were expecting turned out perfect.
