I want to give a very positive shout out to the Volunteer Mechanical team working off Winston Rd. a few weeks ago. As I left a business in the center where they were working, I accidentally dropped my billfold on the sidewalk. A Volunteer Mechanical team member found it within a few minutes and turned it in to his supervisor Derrick, who contacted me via my contact card inside. I was very close by and he waited for me to come back to get the billfold, assured me all the contents and money were intact, and refused any reward. We have used volunteer mechanical for all of our industrial HVAC needs for years now and they always delivery excellent and timely service, recently Jimmy was able to reinstate 2 of our units in no time, top notch work and service from him and the company.
